Trade Diet Plate Ltd prides itself on good customer service and we will endeavour to quickly resolve any matters with care and attention.
However, should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns up to 14 days from the invoice date providing that the goods are unused and returned in the same condition.
If the goods are faulty please contact us on 01457 862446 prior to returning the products.
Unfortunately refunding the postage costs is at the discretion of the company and will apply only in certain circumstances.
